New Daily Driver

I picked up a new daily driver. Its an 04 Acura TSX 6-speed. My current daily driver, which is an 03 Acura CL Type S 6-speed, was not getting very good gas milage for my daily 60 mile commute. The 4 cylinder isn't as fun as the V-6 but it is much more practical.

The new owner came and picked up my 91 Miata this morning. I'm going to miss this car a lot. I hope it went to a good home.

A pinewood derby challenge was held at my work. It sounded like fun so I decided to enter.

Got a few more things done to the Suzuki. Installed Sonic Springs in the forks and replaced the shock with one from a Kawasaki ZX-10.

Now about 90% of where I want it. Currently waiting for my flyscreen to get painted to match the rest of the bike.

Well I started modifying the bike some. Added Motoslider frame sliders, OEM seat cowl and grab-bar delete, Evo Tech fender eliminator, and M4 slip-on exhaust. Will be doing more work once winter comes around.

Recently got a motorcycle again. Its an 07 Suzuki GS500f. I bought the bike wanting to build a mild street fighter. The fairings were stripped the day I brought it home.

Few weeks later this is what it looks like. More updates to come as I piece this bike together.

I worked on a couple of t-shirt concepts for REV9. Nothing ever came of it so I took one of the designs and after refining it sold it to Empire State Roadsters.net for their logo.

Here we have a new portrait piece for a client. This experience was rather disappointing because after I put several hours into it, the client e-mailed me saying he changed his mind and didn't need the portrait anymore. Since I put time into it already I decided to semi-finish it anyway.

I've been trying to design a shirt for a local biker bar called Slow Ride. The owner wanted to see what I can do so I came up with this pin-stripe design. The sketch was done in pencil and was colorized using Adobe Illustrator.

This is a piece I did of rat rods racing.

It all starts with a sketch.

I scan the sketch and put color over it using photoshop.

Delete the sketch and place objects in back ground.

Add detail and use little bit of effects to give movement.

Dyno Day

Put my car on the dyno for the first time. It put out 118hp to the wheel. Not too bad for a car with minor bolt ons. A stock miata is rated 116hp to the crank.
